I’ve been benefiting from Derman’s Advice Service for the last 4-5 years. Language barrier prevents me to sort out my benefit issues by myself and there is not many places to go for help. Derman’s advice worker helped me to complete my PIP, ESA applications, sorted out housing repair issues as well as reading/writing letters/making phone call when needed. Advice worker also helped me to take my case to appeal Tribunal Service successfully when my benefits was stopped. The continuity of these services are very important for our communities.
