This group work helps women to break their isolation, regain their self-confidence, self-esteem, and re-validate their skills as well as helping them to live a more active and involved life. The activity involves knitting, doing crocket, macramé, making jewellery, weaving kilims/rugs etc. In the meantime, they also share their issues and try to find new ways of dealing with their life difficulties.
